The SP222 is a Dual-tech motion detector made specifically
for outdoor use.
Built using two sets of PIR sensors equipped with sunlight filter,
coupled with digital type Microwave (MW) sensor, this combination
of triple sensor greatly reduce false alarms normally triggered by
the dynamic outdoor environment.
Using unique optics design, the detector can be mounted at either
higher height or lower height; a rare feature amongst outdoor
detectors. It can be mounted at either standard 2.4m height, or the
lower 1.2m height, which gives better immunity against larger animals.
Even the detection range can be adjusted in steps for each height.
Choose between 2.4m and 1.2 meters high installation, this will change the angle of the
PIR sensors to get the longest range for the current installation.
SP222 has two independent passive infrared sensors (PIR) plus a microwave detector to greatly reduce false alarms.

This product includes some extra features for professional applications. The anti-mask detection alert user when somebody tries to cover the camera. Instead of using batteries, it is possible to provide power by using optional DC power adapter. Wired alarm output let you connect an external wired device that activates when an alert is triggered.
